JCI is a sandbox for adults to grow and develop, to try out different opportunities - projects, jobs, coaching, etc., to learn new skills, to do things, and to expand their comfort zone.

JCI gave me confidence, I learnt how to manage people, I developed leadership skills, because the biggest challenge is to manage people who are not formally subordinate. The international aspect of the JCI has broadened my horizons.
